This project was inspired by the Tolkien manuscript in the Rare Rose book Collection exhibited at the University of Dayton. I found myself fascinated by the similarities between Lord of the Rings and biblical narratives like Gollum's story and that of Cain and Abel. In this book, I explore the interplay between the two works.
